This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Successfully run jobs on site to ensure daily operations run on schedule, on budget.
Perform various tasks hands-on to complete the job with high quality and excellent customer satisfaction.
Expertise in multiple skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.
Attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of work quality.
Follow instructions and company processes, and safety requirements to meet team and company standards.
Prompt, clear and thorough communication with customer, office, teams and vendors.
Assist in planning and manage job materials, tasks and schedule.
Lead and coach other team members to achieve continuous team growth.
Maintain clean, organized and safe job site, company vehicles. and shop.
Committed to achieve personal, team, and company goals.
Assist Operation Manager, office staff and other team members in various tasks to meet team and company goals.
Assist in estimating and other business tasks as needed.
Represent the House Doctors brand on job and in the community.

REQUIREMENTS:

7 to 10+ years minimum experience in residential building, maintenance & remodeling.
Proven, advanced skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light plumbing and electrical. (Siding, roofing, deck, and other skills are a plus)
Detail oriented and a good problem solver, especially for homes and buildings with various ages and materials.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
Ability to stand, walk, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs independently for extended periods of time
Valid Drivers License and criminal background check is required

Compensation: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
